Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Mountain Bluebird Trails Conservation Society will be held on a Saturday March 22, 2024 at 1pm, at the Helen Schuler Nature Centre in the City of Lethbridge for the purpose of:

• Review of the activities of the Society

• Review of the audited financial position of the Society

• Election of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer (or Secretary/Treasurer) and Director

• Appointment of two auditors, and

• Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting
